Payment

We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express for payment.  Orders may be prepaid with a company check.  Please allow an additional 7 to 10 days for orders paid with a check.  We do not extend credit or offer payment terms.

Warranty

Deal Assoc. warrants all products to be free from manufacturers defects for one year from the date of shipment.  This warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear, or items damaged due to overloading or misuse.

Returns

You may return any items for credit or exchange within 30 days of shipment.

No freight collect or COD shipments will be accepted.  

Only items in NEW condition will be accepted.  

All returns should be made in the original packaging if possible.

Include a copy of your sales receipt and a note saying what you want done (exchange for a different model...). 

When returning an item ship it freight prepaid.  There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items that are not returned in their original packaging to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging.  If the returned items are received in good, re-sellable condition than the restocking fee is waived.  

    To Return An Item:

1. Call us toll free at 866-599-3325 and state that you wish to return an item.
2. Ship all items "freight prepaid".  We will not accept freight collect shipment.
3. All items must be returned in "new" condition and in the original packaging if possible.
4. Please include a letter which states: your company name and address, reason for return, and a person to contact if we have any questions.

Damages & Shortages

Damages or shortages must be noted by the consignee on the carrier's delivery receipt and a claim filed promptly with the carrier.

    If Something Is Damaged When You Receive It:

1. File a claim with the carrier immediately.
2. Give us a call toll free at 866-599-3325 so we can help you fix it or send you a new item as soon as possible.
