We are the manufacturer and keep it very simple by accepting orders
over the phone and by fax on a prepaid basis only. You may order our
products online from one of our retail distributors.

Is there a warranty?
Yes, our products carry a one year warranty. You can visit our Terms

How long have you been in business?
Deal Assoc. has been in business for over 15 years. The Mongo
Mover brand of hand trucks started about 13 years ago. We have been a
member of the American Rental Association
for 11 years, and we have exhibited at the Pumper
Show for 10 years.
What is the difference between air and foam
tires?
That is a VERY common question. Our tire
information page describes the difference between the two types of
tires. If you are still having trouble deciding, give us a call.
Do you accept C.O.D. or ship from a
Purchase Order?
No. We are the manufacturer and we sell prepaid only. You
may contact one of our retail sellers to order with a Purchase Order or to
receive payment terms.

How come my order arrived in a box saying:
"Amazon.com" or "Bar-B-Que"?
Deal Assoc. is committed to recycling and cutting costs. We
purchase misprinted, or discontinued boxes to ship smaller items. It is a
win-win situation. Good boxes do not end up in the landfill and we are
able to save on packaging costs and pass the savings on to our customers.
We also encourage our employees and friends to bring in their used boxes.
If they are in good condition we reuse them to ship orders. If they are
not good enough for shipping we recycle the cardboard. Don't worry, we
have never had a lost or damaged shipment as a result of recycled boxes.
